LLOYD WILLIAMSON
Lloyd founded Williamson & Co after graduating from Berry College in 1981 and serving 4 years in military with the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division. Lloyd is a native of Cartersville and very active in the community. He is a past Chairman GA society Peer Review, Past president local Rotary, Member of Georgia Society CPA and AICPA , and member of BNI-Cartersville.
CHRISTIAN HATCH
A partner since 2012, Christian’s speciality is audits and other attestation engagements, and preparing all types of tax returns. Born and raised in Cartersville, Christian currently resides in Adairsville with his wife, Sherry and two children, Emily and Max.
SHARON MAULDIN
With more than 35 years in the financial industry, Sharon uses both her CPA, entrepreneur and CFO experience to elevate her business clients to the next level. Sharon graduated from Kennesaw State University in 1985. Upon graduation, she went to work at a local CPA firm where she later made partner. In 1993, she opened her own accounting firm which she ran until she sold it in 2002. After this, she worked as a CFO for a medical group until 2017 when she began working at Williamson & Co., CPA’s. She currently resides in White, GA with her husband, Scott, and three sons. Sharon is active in the community both personally and professionally. She is a member of the GA Society of CPAs and AICPA and an active member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
EMILY COWAN
For 15 years, Emily has specialized in providing tax services to individuals and businesses. With both an MBA and a CPA, and as a member of the Georgia Society CPA and AICPA, she has every letter needed to qualify as one of the best in the business! Immediately prior to joining Williamson & Co. CPA’s in November 2015, Emily worked for an accounting firm in Kennesaw for 11 years. She is a member of Georgia Society CPA and AICPA and currently resides in Cartersville with her husband and two children.
ALEX FARMER
Alex provides support for audits and other attestation engagements. He is a 2018 graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and was a Men’s Soccer scholarship athlete. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He currently resides in Cartersville, where he is active in the community, coaching soccer at Cartersville High School and playing guitar with the worship team at Cartersville First Baptist.
